We partner with communities, funders, and alliances to co-create practical, locally grounded solutions. Our cross-sector work spans four interconnected areas:

  • Facilitation & Strategic Alignment – Designing and leading participatory processes that help teams navigate complexity, find common ground, and move forward together.

  • Research, Evaluation & Learning – Generating actionable evidence through research, evaluation, and systems-informed learning to guide real-world decisions.

  • Collaborative Infrastructure – Building platforms and partnerships for cross-sector and cross-border collaboration, from operational support to shared learning spaces.

  • Implementation & Prototyping – Co-developing and testing early-stage programs with communities, turning ideas into grounded, adaptive initiatives.

At Arq by Allyvate, we work where systems and people meet, helping teams pause, make sense of complexity, and find momentum. Our role spans facilitation, reflection, and strategy — creating spaces where alignment can emerge, tough conversations can happen, and change becomes both practical and possible, even when the way forward is uncertain.

OUR APPROACH

We chose Arq because meaningful change is rarely linear. It honors the arc of transformation — human, imperfect, and deeply shaped by context.

We work in the messy middle — where systems meet stories, where clarity is still forming, and where the most meaningful shifts are often still invisible.

We are a small, steady team shaped by fieldwork, facilitation, research, and care. Some of us come from policy rooms. Some from borders and community halls. All of us believe in doing the quiet work that helps others move forward. We are not here to lead from the front. We walk alongside — as facilitators, listeners, and learning partners.
